Oregon's two designated beaches are both state-managed: Oregon State Parks lists a "separated clothing-optional beach" among Rooster Rock State Park's features, and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's beach-use brochure for Sauvie Island Wildlife Area names Collins Beach as clothing-optional with posted boundaries.

Both beaches are on the Columbia River, not the coast, and both depend on river levels: the state park page warns that foot access to its clothing-optional beach can be cut off when the river is high.

Rooster Rock State Park, clothing-optional beach
Legal status: Oregon State Parks lists "Separated clothing-optional beach" among the park's features.
Where Columbia River Gorge, on the Columbia's south bank, east of Portland off Interstate 84. Access Day-use parking permit required; the park warns that "due to fluctuation in river levels, access to the clothing optional beach by foot may be limited" and links a river-level check. Facilities The park has 3 miles of river beach, reservable picnic shelters, two disc-golf courses, a flat 2-mile trail and an unfenced off-leash dog area. Season and hours Not stated by the source. Collins Beach, Sauvie Island
Legal status: The ODFW brochure heads the entry "Collins Beach (clothing-optional)" and asks users to "stay within the posted boundaries of Collins Beach (1400 feet south of private property signs)".
Where Milepost 11 on Reeder Road, a quarter mile north of the end of the pavement, on the Columbia River side of Sauvie Island Wildlife Area. Access By car along Reeder Road. From 15 June to Labor Day a Sauvie Island Beaches Parking Permit (10 dollars a day in 2026) is required on weekends and holidays at Walton, Collins and North Unit beaches. Facilities Toilets, litter patrol and law enforcement are funded from the parking permits, per the brochure. Season and hours Wildlife area beaches open 4 am to 10 pm every day. What is not on this page
