   Where	The foreshore of Pacific Spirit Regional Park below the University of British Columbia, from Acadia Beach to the historic monument; Wreck Beach proper is at the foot of Trail 6.
   Access	Steep beach-access trails (the brochure says all are steep except Acadia Beach); the slope trail between Trail 6 and Trail 7 is described as challenging. Parks open in daylight hours; gates are locked at closing.
   Facilities	Toilets at Trail 6 and Acadia Beach. No lifeguards; swim at your own risk. Carry litter out to the trailhead bins.

2. Hanlan's Point Beach

   Legal status: The City of Toronto beaches page: "This beach is clothing-optional." Council approved a one-year pilot in May 1999 and adopted the permanent designation in April 2002.

   Where	West side of Toronto Island Park, on Lake Ontario; a portion of the beach is the clothing-optional section.
   Access	Take the ferry or a private water taxi to Hanlan's Point; the beach is a walk from the ferry dock. The city noted temporary closures of some access points due to high water when read.
   Facilities	See the Hanlan's Point Park facilities list on the city site. Lifeguard supervision runs only in the summer season.
   Season and hours	Supervised in summer; the city ends lifeguard supervision and beach maintenance after the season.
   Rules on the page	Dogs are not allowed on supervised swimming beaches.

What is not on this page
