New South Wales designates nude bathing beaches formally, and the state's own agencies say so: NSW National Parks calls Werrong Beach and Samurai Beach "designated" nude beaches on their park pages, and Destination NSW (sydney.com) describes Lady Bay as "a designated nude bathing area".
